What we will not do.

The line between premium advisory and the next scandal is drawn here, in writing, before any family signs. The families we work with have one shared private fear: the photograph in the Times, the indictment, the rescinded offer two weeks before move-in. We have built the firm so that fear is not yours to manage. It is structurally absent from how we work.

The six absolutes

Conditions of engagement.

The boundaries below are not marketing copy. They are written into every services agreement as material terms. A breach is a breach of contract, not of taste.

  1. We do not write students' essays.The student writes every word that goes to a university under their name. We coach the thinking; they do the writing.
  2. We do not fabricate achievements or activities.Every line on the activities list reflects work the student actually did.
  3. We do not invent internships or nonprofits.We do not run shell organisations. We do not place students on the board of an entity created to place them on a board.
  4. We do not manipulate recommendation letters.We brief recommenders on context. We do not draft, edit, or coordinate the content of any letter.
  5. We do not claim university affiliation or influence.No Crownbridge advisor is currently employed by a university we counsel toward. We have no back channel and we will not pretend to have one.
  6. We do not guarantee admission.Admission decisions are made solely by universities. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a risk you cannot afford.
Compliance posture

Structured for risk-averse principals.

Every engagement is governed by a written services agreement that names the six absolutes as material terms. Advisors sign annual conflict-of-interest disclosures. The firm carries professional liability cover, holds the Independent Educational Consultants Association ethical standard as a floor rather than a ceiling, and refuses any engagement that asks us to depart from it. Where a family's existing arrangements are not compatible with this posture, we will say so before we accept the engagement.

Aggressive strategy. Zero compromise. Premium families want every legitimate edge, and no scandal. Our boundaries are a feature, not fine print.
